7. Using the long bolts and nuts removed earlier, reinstall the leg brace assembly (Fig 14) on all three tripod legs.
8. Attach the accessory tray to check alignment (Fig 15).
9. Attach the reflective strips to the tripod legs. I found that placing two strips on the outside and one strip on the inside of each tripod leg helps make it more visible from a distance. Alternately, place three strips on the outside of each leg. Be sure to clean the surface before attaching the strips.
10. The Velcro strap and foam spacer are used to hold the tripod legs closed when not in use. the foam spacer helps keep the legs from wobbling when closed (Fig 16 and 17).
