Introducing
the KIWI OSD!
The KIWI OSD (On Screen
Display) is a video time inserter that displays an extremely precise time
superimposed on a video source. A Global Positioning Satellite (GPS)
receiver is the source of the time while the video source is either an NTSC
or PAL video camera. The superimposed video is output to a video monitor or
more useful, a video recording device.

StarParty
StarParty is a Palm OS
based application that is designed to aid observational astronomers at the
telescope. It provides an informational database of deep sky objects as
well as stars, most of which are visible in a small to medium sized
telescopes.
Using StarParty during
an observing session can enhance the visual astronomer's viewing
experience by providing information about the objects they are viewing as
well as being able to arrange the objects to be viewed in different ways.
Observers with
telescopes with "GoTo" capabilities can use StarParty to automatically
slew to a desired object (requires optional cable, not supplied).

The NexStar Upgrade/Dress-Up Kit contains
replacement brackets for the model #93539 tripod along with reflective
safety strips and a form cushion and Velcro strap for storage.
